Which was the best decade?

Most Americans do not feel like the 2020’s are all that great. Not surprising given what has happened globally and here in the United States, but which decade is viewed as the best? Overall the 90’s are the big winners, but these views are certainly effected by age and other demographics. For this question Americans were only allowed to pick a decade they were alive in.
