Which Amendments in the Bill of Rights Would You Keep?

In the last installment of New York Historic’s look at where Americans are 250 years in to the great experiment that is the United States, we looked at the level of changes Americans would make to each of the amendments in the Bill of Rights. In the survey we also asked if you could only pick three amendments in the Bill of Rights to keep, which ones would you choose?

Nearly half of Americans would put the 1st Amendment at the top of their save list, while two-thirds would put the first Amendment in their top 3. One of the biggest differentiators on the 1st amendment….generation.
