13.  As you may know, some states have a Beverage Container Redemption program, where consumers pay a 5 to 10 cent per bottle deposit when purchasing certain types of beverages, and then that deposit is refunded to the consumer when they return the containers to a retailer or redemption center.

While the exact plans can vary from state to state, below are common components of the proposed programs across different states.
